• A manufacturing defect

About Results & Multiple Treatments
In the vast majority of cases, one treatment fully eliminates the odor.
However, very strong or long-standing odors—such as heavy smoke exposure, deep pet saturation, or odors embedded in porous materials—may require more than one treatment. This is normal and does not indicate a defective product.
The good news is that your bubbler is reusable, making follow-up treatments fast and affordable. Most customers only need to replace the odor bomb, not the entire kit. Extra bombs can be ordered here: https://clobombs.com/products/home-odor-eliminator-bomb.

Important Information About Opened or Used Kits
Because CloBombs uses an activated chlorine dioxide process, kits that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Once activated, we are unable to verify handling, exposure, or storage conditions. For this reason, opened or used kits are not eligible for standard returns unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
Additional Information
Refunds or replacements are generally not available for:
• Odors requiring additional treatments due to severity or duration
• Improper setup or use outside provided instructions
• Opened or partially used kits that are not defective
• Changes of mind or alternative odor removal methods
If results do not meet expectations, we strongly encourage contacting our team before assuming the treatment did not work. In most cases, we can help adjust the approach and achieve the desired outcome.
